(Hagåtña, Guam) In a strong display of bipartisan unity and respect for the armed forces, former Congresswoman Madeleine Bordallo and Congressman Moylan visited the Pentagon this week to present a special proclamation of the Governor of Guam to the Secretary of the Army, Daniel Driscoll in celebration of the U.S. Army’s 250th birthday.
(Hagåtña, Guam) On June 16th, 2025 Congressman Moylan met with Senator Therese Terlaje and members of the Pacific Association for Radiation Survivors (PARS) to discuss the Senate Judiciary Committee’s latest reconciliation proposal, which reauthorizes the Radiation Exposure Compensation Act (RECA) but once again excludes Guam.
(Hagåtña, Guam) On June 17, 2025, Congressman Moylan met with FEMA Region 9 Administrator Robert Fenton to discuss federal assistance for Guam. Fenton noted that FEMA is still waiting for the Guam Department of Education to sign documents needed to access about $20 million in federal disaster aid for recovery from Typhoon Mawar.
